Double Room Available In Brand New Flat

Hello,

I have a double room available in a brand new flat on Portland Street. It is £82. 50 a week, all bills included. This includes tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, alarmed house.. ect. The house is a very high standard, and although appears a few £'s more a week than other houseshares this is due to the quality inside.

The flatmates are two girls, aged 19-21 who are both very friendly, outgoing and approachable. One studies Drama and the other studies Media Production.

A boy or a girl would be suitable as a house mate, HOWEVER YOU HAVE TO BE A STUDENT OR A MATURE STUDENT, the girls are so lovely and you would be so lucky to share with them, Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I am unable to go back for the 2nd year at University.

The house is about a 5 minute walk to the Uni and High Street. There is a tesco express about 3 minutes away. The flat is available NOW.
