I am a mature professional living in a spotless 3 bed house. You will have your own bathroom with bath and power shower, use of the kitchen/dining room, lounge with sky HD movies and sports channel.
The bedroom was only redecorated in June with brand new bed, bedding, curtains and carpet.
I live at the end of a cul de sac with ample parking directly outside the house. I have a garden and BBQ you are welcome to use. Free Wifi, all bills and a cleaner.
I have a spare bedroom with a wardrobe if the double wardrobe is not large enough.
