NO DEPOSIT lovely large furnished bedroom with double available in a four bedroom family townhouse. To share with a family of three. Either a working person or a student would be suitable. No DSS so please do not call if you are. Must be respectful of surroundings and like cats. This was initially only until end of June 2018 as I normally have college students but am happy to extend it indefinitely for the right person. House is in a quiet location just behind McDonalds on the Carlton Centre. Neighbours are lovely, quiet and friendly. Parking is available. Good bus service and easily walkable to town/college/university/hospit al from here if you want the exercise. We also have high speed broadband and excellent cooking facilities.
Room available so you either need to cook for yourself or pay student rate which includes food etc but this is available to students only. As I said this is not a flat as we are a family so respect is paramount. I work shifts and long hours so please be aware of that and sleep during the day sometimes. It’s a lovely home and we’re all friendly and easy to get along with.
