Double room for rent in central uphill Lincoln
We are looking for a flatmate to replace me in our apartment in the uphill area of Lincoln asap.
The apartment is made up of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and a large living/dining area. It is in a very nice part of Lincoln, just behind the Roman Newport Arch (which means that there is a pretty view from the front windows). The complex is very close to a number of historic buildings and parks (the Cathedral, Castle, Bishop's palace etc) so while there isn't a garden beyond a small green area out the back, there are plenty of places nearby to sit and relax when the weather is good. It is also about a ten minute walk from High Street and only about 20 minutes from the university.
The existing flatmate is currently a postgraduate student.
The deposit is quite high due to the letting company's policies, but we would be willing to negotiate payment over a few months if that is more suitable.
