Huge Double Ensuite Room

A huge double ensuite room will be available by the end of January/February 2015. The house is located in the St Georges Park area which is a nice, quiet area very close to the A57. You would be sharing with me, a 31 year old professional female. My current house mate is moving out at the end of January but she is (kindly) being flexible with this so if you need the room before that date this can be negotiated. The rent is £325 per month and the bills are around £125-160. The bills do vary but rarely do they exceed this amount. Often it has been less during the year I have lived here. We have a garage and one dedicated parking space but there is parking available on a quiet street just outside of the house. There is also a nice back garden. The house will be part furnished but the room is unfurnished. Personally I find it great to share with just one person in a 4 bedroom spacious house, so it is a great set-up for the right person.
