Room available in clean friendly 4 person house

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take my place at my current accomodation from January.
The room is the third in a four bedroom house at 29 Moor Street just off of Carholme Road, and is with Charlestown Properties. It's 15/20'minutes away from the centre of town and the campus of the University of Lincoln, of which the other tenants are all students studying English Literature. It's £85 a week, with free virgin media wifi, paid TV licence, and all inclusive heating and plumbing (never a cold room or shower I promise).
Fellow housemates are all to a one lovely people who always keep the place clean; I'm moving because I've left uni and am going back home, so no horror stories to report there.
