The house has a large fully equipped kitchen/diner with plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom has a big bath and shower over and a heated towel rail. A new gas boiler and central heating system provides all your needs. There is a lounge with widescreen tv and broadband access.
To the rear is a garden and single garage which is available by separate negotiation.
I am looking for a quiet but sociable non smoker who is neat and tidy and enjoys living in a clean house. The rent is 320 including all bills with a 640 deposit(held in a deposit scheme).Character and work/college references are required, proof of funds and id.
