1 bedroom will be available in a lovely detached cottage down princess street (about 10 minutes walk from town centre/uni!) Private landlord (me). I will still have access to the house and my room when needed.
There are brand new double glazed windows and a new door just been put in and a recently refurbished bathroom. A smart TV and fibre internet.
Parking is available on the road only (no parking on the property itself). No permits are required for the road.
All bills excluding council tax is included in the room rate! Council tax will need to be paid on top of the room rate monthly.
