A comfortable, tidy double room in Lincoln

A comfortable, tidy double room in a clean shared house. £70 per week, including all bills. I am a professional male (a Senior Lecturer at The University of Lincoln, and a professional producer and director in theatre and radio with a production company based in London). I am often away at weekends or at other times. During the summer months I often work abroad. I am looking for a professional person, preferably a male, who is also single (the house is simply not large enough for live-in partners), someone who is quiet (no loud music), intelligent, friendly, interesting, responsible and solvent. For one or two nights a week a male University colleague stays in the front room of the house (but not during the summer months). The rent is purposefully low so as to attract someone quickly (and hopefully, also, the right person). Rent is paid in advance, on a monthly (or weekly) basis. The house is a typical Lincoln terraced property, not huge, with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, front room, washing machine, television, wi-fi, and small garden.
