Hi my names Craig and I have a double room now available to rent it is suitably furnished with a bed wardrobe drawers ext there's a good size kitchen shared bathroom and good sized front and back garden. Anyone who decides to move in must be a dog lover as I'm the owner of a very friendly dog called kane. All bills are included including broadband the property is within walking distance to the city centre and the university and is in a quiet peaceful area.
