Rooms to let in great location

I am renting rooms in my own property. It is such a great house with good room mates.

I just have 2 rooms available due to work relocation of last tenants. They are a double and single rooms. Both at a very reasonable price, all inclusive with no application fees or additional costs.

It is my house and I just look for a friendly and responsible people.

The house has one toilet and a downstairs family bathroom with bath and an electrical shower.
Double glazing and heating in great condition. Thermal comfort is top priority.
The house in off the High street with a school, bus stop and plenty of 24 hours food shops.
The house has an inside house corridor ideal for keeping bikes and a garden with some decking for the summer BBQ.
