A spacious fully furnished 5 bed house with 3 floors, well located in the West End area with all the home comforts that a student shall require. Only 1 bedroom is available to share with 3 other female tenants. The house consists of a spacious shared living room, a spacious kitchen with a fridge freezer, microwave, oven and a dishwasher provided, a washing machine and tv is also provided. There are 4 large bedrooms, each with double beds and an additional spare room, one bathroom, an additional toilet and a private back garden. All bills are inclusive in the rent, and also includes broadband internet and a tv licence. Parking can be available with a permit.
The tenancy runs for 52 weeks, available from 01/08/15 to 31/07/16. There is a £200 deposit and rent is £88 per week paid in four instalments, which is every 3 months. However, the first instalment has had to be paid now so only 3 instalments would be necessary to pay.
Preferably looking for a female student studying at the University of Lincoln for a tenant.
