Due to unforeseen redundancy I am offering my room to a new tenant. It is a large double room On the ground floor of a 4 bedroom property with 3 very friendly flat mates. The house is well looked after the communal living room is very comfortable with a large flatscreen TV and virgin media as well at 100 MB internet in the entire property.
As I had a car parked outside I will offer in my car parking permit paid until September and as in incentive to a new tenant if council tax must be paid I will agree to pay this in full until the end of the tennancy.
The letting agents, Charlestown, are very widely respected in the area for looking after all their tenants. If anything is not right I will be rectified very quickly to a high standard.
The house also includes 2 large fridge freezers, a washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer.
