Quiet House in the country

I have a detached house (just coming to completion after renovation) , to let Monday to Friday (some weekend stays considered) , Looking for a professional person M/F or couple in a double room . The house is situated in a quiet area , a huge secluded garden (you might have to cut the grass in the summer!) , heating , doubleglazed , wood burners , bathroom with shower , broardband . As I will "mostly" only be there at the weekends you would have the house to yourself during the week.

I would prefer if you are chilled and laid back , clean and tidy of course. £350 PCM.

A reference form your employers would be required .
