3 bed, end town house overlooking the Harmston hill in a lovely area of North hykeham. I am the owner of the property and would be a live in landlord. work in the defence of the uk airspace :-) so might occasionally be away for a few months a year, so the house would be yours to roam at your pleasure. the first of the bedrooms in on the second floor that is ajoined by a shower room with toilet etc and the second room is on the third floor with the main bedroom and a bathroom inbetween. hard to visualise i know, its one of them you need to see it for it to make sence. both the rooms are double rooms with the windows overlooking the fields and harmston hill in the background, possibly best view in lincoln area!?. the house has just been adapted for two cars to be on the driveway and a further car can be parked with on street parking. the house is open plan with kitchen on first floor and living room on second, with integral garage, so plently of room for stuff if needed. has a medium sized garden that is getting a contempary renovation in the spring!
