Our house is A Large house only 12 yrs old on a nice quiet estate in Saxilby, close to shops and pubs etc.
It is a quiet house, our children long flown the nest.
Myself and husband live in the house and are quiet people and are easy going, we both go out to work.
The room is a double room has a double bed, but the room is for one person only.
There is a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, leather chair. Nice and warm. it is a clean house. Has own bathroom with the use of the Shower over the bath. Fully Tilled, modern bathroom and clean.

Ideal for a lodger Mon to Friday.
we happy to consider from one week upwards just give us a ring.
ALSO IF YOU NEED A ROOM JUST FOR A NIGHT OR COUPLE OF NIGHTS WE CAN DO BED AND BREAKFAST FOR £20 per night.

The kitchen is large, with cooker available, large Fridge/freezer to use.
Microwave etc, just use the kitchen and cook when ever you want to, Also use the Washing machine.

we have the grandchildren come to visit, they have their own bedroom.

Both myself and husband are easy to get on with.
Can use the lounge if you want too.

I would prefer a Mon to Friday person but if it is only going to be for a few weeks would consider all week.

The day of moving in we will require
£160 deposit and 4 weeks rent = £320.

If it is for a few weeks then £160 deposit and 2 weeks rent.

But we are unable to offer WEEKLY Payments it has to be rent in front so NO arrears occur.
