There is a lounge for shared use with a large Kitchen with all your amenities. There is a large garden with seating outside. There is off road parking for one vehicle each and we are opposite a lovely village pub. We are close to the A15 to get to Lincoln, Grantham Bourne and Newark.
We are just over a mile from Sleaford and the train station.
We are easy going and are looking for likeminded professional people that are respectful of others and will look after the accommodation and leave it as they find it.
