I have a nice double room available from the beginning of May 2014. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and night stand.
The kitchen has modern appliances (including that all important dishwasher!), bathroom with shower, downstairs cloakroom, Sky TV in the lounge, unlimited wifi and broadband, washing machine, garden and parking space.
House is to be shared with me and my small and extremely friendly dog. Smokers are welcome but must smoke at the back door or outside.
All bills are included in the package. I am ideally looking for someone who is in work, easy to get along with, clean and tidy and might be up for sharing a bottle of wine occasionally!
