Lovely Double En-suite Room for One Person

This is a lovely, sunny, EN SUITE room in a house shared with three very friendly, interesting, professional people.

It is a large house in a quiet location, about 10 mins walk from the town centre. There is space on the drive for 2 cars - currently, only one person has a car so there is space for another, but in the event that another person buys a car, then it would be first-come-first-served basis Parking on the street is plentiful and safe anyway.

The house has wireless broadband.

The Room
Sunny, clean and comfortable. A lovely private space.
The bed is a king-sized wrought iron gothic bed with a really deep, comfortable mattress. The mattress is brand new for this tenancy. You will want to bring your own bedding, of course.

There is also a double wardrobe with drawers and a bedside table and lamp.

TV mounted on the wall.

Your en suite bathroom has a shower fed from a combi-boiler which means that the water is always hot and plentiful and there is a heated towel rail too.

The room is freshly decorated and professionally cleaned so you take possession of a pristine room to make your own.

The Garden
It’s a large private space which backs on to the river. This garden is a fantastic place to unwind with a glass of wine or a cold beer after work or to have breakfast on Sunday with the papers and a pot of coffee. It is mainly lawn and is mowed regularly so it is always tidy. There are blackberries and apples at the end of the garden, so if you like making pies or crumble please do.

It’s lovely for having a BBQ too, but it looks like we are now at the end of the summer.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is large and is great if you enjoy cooking at all.
There is a large range cooker with two ovens and eight burners so even if two people want to cook at once, there is still plenty of space. There is also loads of cupboard space.

There is the obligatory microwave and dishwasher.
All the necessary crockery, cutlery and cookware you might need is here already.

The Dining Room
Dining table and chairs which will sit 6-8 and it’s really nice when house-mates have friends over for dinner.

The Utility Room
Here we have a large American Fridge-Freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. All very necessary, don’t you think?

The Lounge is large with large, good quality furniture and a large wall-mounted HD TV with Satelite TV via a Humax box so you can record your favourite programs. It’s also possible to hook your laptop up to the TV so you can play games or Skype with it too.

The Household
There are currently a nurse at Johnson, and a manager at Bakkavor living in, along with a chap who is now retired. They are lovely people. They are all bright with lots to talk about.

If you are looking for a private space where people won’t bother you, then that's fine; or looking for some new friends because you are new to the area, then this would be a great place to start.

The Rent is £135 per week paid monthly in advance and the deposit is £405 - being three weeks.

Monthly rent of £585 is calculated as £135 x 52 (weeks in the year) divided by 12 (months in the year) = £585
