We have a furnished single room available immediately in a friendly house share in Spalding. The current tenant has already moved out so we are keen to get somebody in as soon as possible.

The house is furnished with all the usual features: bathroom & shower, washing machine, fridge/freezer and we have a massive garden that is great for BBQs. It is situated on a quiet and safe residential street, just round the corner from Tesco Express and a chippy, and is approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre.

Rent comes to about £280 per month, payable in advance and including all council tax, utility bills and wifi.

You will be living with two English young professionals, one working in finance, one in logistics. We're generally tidy and sociable and want to live with somebody who will contribute positively to the house. The landlord is keen to ensure any potential tenants have a secure income and is unlikely to accept people who are working short term contracts.
