Female Lodger preferred

Hey, I'm looking for a lodger to live in my house. Female preferred who's easy going, fun to be around and professional. My property is nicely decorated and furnished. Double room available, not overly large but lodger will also have use of third spare room for wardrobe/ dressing room etc. Shared bathroom and house facilities. Small well kept garden with garden shed/ decking and walking distance from Spalding town centre, parking for 2 cars. I am clean and tidy, trustworthy and good fun. I expect my lodger to be also.
