I have a lovely couple of rooms available for rent in my large spacious house. The bedroom is a nice double and comes with an adjoining very large sitting room/ living area.
All bills are included (water, gas, electric, council tax and super fast fibre broad band).
The rooms can be rented as unfurnished if you have your own furniture. There is plenty of off road parking and I have a nice private garden. The house is situated very close to spalding town centre and is easy walking distance. It is also only 2 mins from the A16, making it good for commuting.
I am looking for a nice respectful person and who is happy to help around the house.
