The room is newly decorated and furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe and chair.

My property is located in a quiet residential street about 10 minutes walk from Stamford town centre and within easy access to the A1.

Rent includes utility bills and Wi-fi but excludes use of land line and food.

I am looking for a professional person, someone who is respectful of other's property, and clean and tidyish!

Two references, plus the deposit required prior to moving in.

I have three well behaved cats so if you're not keen on cats this will not be the place for you!
