In a very large 4 bedroomed detached property situated in a desirable cul-de-sac location with large rear garden.

I own and live in the property, and currently have a further (male) lodger (23 yrs old). My 2nd lodger is moving out at the end of August as he is relocating for a new job. So if you decide to take the room, there will be 3 of us living in the property which creates a warm friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

We are both professionals, and share the mid-week cooking 2-3 times per week. The house is fairly quiet, but by sharing the mid-week cooking enables us enjoy a nice home cooked meal together and a chance to have a chat and catch up.

The house has gas central heating, and the driveway has plenty of off road parking.

The room is 2. 4m x 3. 5m and has a single bed, with an additional single guest bed underneath so it can easily be converted into a double bed. The room also has a freeview aerial, double wardrobe and drawers. The walls are clean white, and the carpet is new.

The house itself has been totally refurbished to a very high standard, and has all the mod cons you'd expect, including new bathroom and kitchen (with dishwasher) together with new carpets and blinds throughout. It also has a downstairs cloakroom.

The house is very clean and well-presented.

There is a bus stop at the end of the cul-de-sac, which takes you to Stamford Town Centre, Peterborough and Oakham etc.

Available to someone who ideally would like to rent for 6 months+.
