New furnished double bedroom, short walk from town

Newly furnished and decorated bedroom available, a 10-15 min walk to town and near public swimming pool and gym.

Room is furnished with double bed, side cabinets with bedside lamps, mirror, single wardrobe and main light is dimmer.

Bathroom has shower over bath and would be shared. I usually shower at the gym in the mornings.

Looking for a neat, tidy , responsible professional person.

All bills are included except telephone.
Wifi, Skye, washing machine , dryer, iron etc available.

Shared lounge with suitable seating and plasma 3d tv.

I am friendly, chatty , outgoing and looking for someone similar but who also respects need for space. I am out a lot, have long days during the week and generally early nights but at weekends I still like a good night out.

Willing to review rent for Mon- Fri only.

I do smoke but not in house.

There is off street parking but only for one car, street parking is easy and quiet street.
