Amazing location! A bright and airy double room in a character property right in the centre of Stamford - seconds walk to shops, cafes, park, meadows, bars and pubs. 5mins walk to the train station. The room is available furnished or unfurnished (we can chat about it at the viewing), and you will have your own parking space too. You will have full use of the kitchen and dining room. Happy to take short or long-term lets. I am a very busy professional and looking for a professional with a lovely easy going personality (but then, who doesn't..).This is my second home so you will have the whole place to yourself most of the time. I am also happy to take Monday-Friday let for a reduced rate.
