Co-tenant wanted for 2-bed flat
The main bedroom is available in the flat I'm renting on Windsor Close. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, with a large garden and parking outside. I would be looking for someone to join me on the tenancy, rather than a sub-let.
The room comes with a king size bed, large chest of drawers, full length mirror and a built in wardrobe.
Guys are welcome to look at the flat but it is rather feminine in how it is furnished. Bills will come to £100 approximately and will include gas, water, electricity, internet, tenants insurance & council tax.
I work Monday - Friday, 9 to 5 and sometimes spend weekends away but I also like spending time relaxing in the flat. I'm very laid back and have a friendly, welcoming personality. I like the standard staples of food, movies, occasional glass of wine and relaxing after work as well as night's out now and then.
