The larger room (Room 1) is furnished with a king size bed, two bedside tables, with two good size drawer units, a four door wardrobe, easy chair and dining chair and 43" TV. If required I have a desk which can be added to the room. The ensuite has a large walk in shower, WC and wash basin, with under sink storage, and two wall storage units, and shaver point.

The second room (Room 2) is also comfortably sized, and is furnished with a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside table and TV. A desk is also available if required. The ensuite for room 2 also has a large shower, with WC and wash basin, and shaver point.

The house has a huge kitchen/dining area with dish washer and large American fridge freezer, there is a range cooker, and many other facilities. The kitchen leads into a superb conservatory overlooking well maintained gardens and a patio and barbecue area. The house has loads of space, two lounges each with TV systems, and off-street parking for 3 cars with a secure double garage for bicycle and other storage.

Included is broadband, electricity and heating, washing machine, and off street parking.

The house is in Sturton by Stow, and is on the edge of the countryside, with lots of walks around, and routes to run and also ride bikes.

I live in the house with one dog (Border collie) and two cats, which are with me when it pleases them!!!

The village is about 10 miles from Lincoln, with easy access to the north, west and south of the city. It has a range of amenities, including a village shop and newsagent, a Co-op supermarket, village pub serving meals, village hall and sports field, and there is a reasonable bus service to adjacent towns.
There is a train station in Saxilby, and in Stow is an excellent award winning pub with restaurant.

All bills are included, and there are no credit check fees, or contract fees.
