Hi im a 36 year old single guy looking to rent out my spare room. The house is a two bed mid terrace in tattershall 20 mins from boston 40 mins from lincoln and 20 mins from sleaford. It is in close proximity to RAF coningsby (15 minute walk 3 mins in car).
I am ideally looking for someone who needs somewhere to stay in the week for work as this is what i am used to, but full time lodging is ok too. I have 1 dogs and two cats so if you don't like then its prob not for you.. The house is fully furnished including dishwasher, washing machine and all the things anyone would need.
Bathroom is newly fitted and is shared.
