The property is situated in a peaceful village location, with the added benefit of one shop and a pub (which also serves food) within walking distance.

There is a regular bus service to Peterborough, Stamford & Bourne within easy walking distance of the property. Other main road routes are accessible by car. Nearest rail station is Stamford or Peterborough. Ample parking is available on the drive of the property for up to 4 cars.

One cat and chickens live at the property too, so all have the benefit of good company and free range eggs.
