Our children have all left home although our youngest son returns from university for the holidays. The property is within easy walking distance of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs and two golf courses within the village. Lincoln, Sleaford and Boston are within an easy commute. RAF Coningsby is within a 5 minute drive. There is plenty off road parking. A private fridge/freezer is available. Communal space available as well as use of the garden. We are looking for one guest only.
