Double room with ensuite in Loft of Family Home

A lovely and bright double room with ensuite is offered in the loft space of a Victorian 4 Bedroom family house in a residential road in Acton minutes away from shops, restaurants, gym, bars etc.
Acton town tube station and Acton central overground are 10-15 min walk away .

Wifi and all bills included, shared use of kitchen, living room and garden. A cleaner comes once a week to clean the shared areas of the house.

IMPORTANT: Please note that because of the sloped ceiling in the ensuite bathroom it is not possible to have showers in it (although you can have baths as you can sit down), we are happy to share our family bathroom.

The room we offer has a double bed (memory foam mattress), bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

About us: We are professional parents in their late thirties with 2 polite and gorgeous young children (age 7 and 5). We also have a very cute and friendly cat call frou frou.
We are a polite, considerate, clean, sporty, friendly and very chilled and relaxed family.
During the day, the kids are at school, mum at work and dad is working from home.
After school there is clubs, play time, home work etc.
Evenings at home are pretty quiet: Dad works some evenings (he is a musician) and the kids are normally in bed by 8. 30pm.
We are British/Spanish so English and Spanish are both spoken at home (our children are bilingual)

We are looking for a non smoking and friendly female to welcome to our home.
