I travelling overseas from the 25th July until the 25th August and I am looking to rent out my room from this period. The rent will be £600, slightly more for couples, this includes bills. The Room is on the 18th floor of an apartment block and offers amazing views over central London (You can see the entire London Skyline which will be spectacular during the Olympics). The room is a large fully furnished, incl. a king sized bed, bedcovers and towels, printer, desk, plenty of storage and cupboard space, iron, ironing board and a washing machine in the kitchen. We also have a small balcony. There is a large shared lounge and Kitchen and a bathroom with separate toilet. You will have access to fast broadband, a Xbox 360 and Sky TV.

Our house is based in a quiet street off Acton High Street, very close to a large supermarket and with access to parking. Various buses are just a 2min walk away, with the 266 right on the doorstep. There is easy access to the tube with Ealing Common, Acton Town, Ealing Broadway and North Acton stations all being a 5-15 minute walk away (District, Piccadilly and Central Lines. Acton Central Overground and Acton Main Line Station are also within easy walking distance. Also a good night bus, the N207, travels to and from central London with stops all along Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street.

I am looking for a clean, trusting and sociable person. You will be sharing with two other housemates, both in their early twenties, an English male and an Italian Female.
