Furnished double en suite room available in a 2 bed flat in the Acton Gardens development.

The flat is fully furnished to a high spec and has a large kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. The bedroom itself has a double bed with a great mattress (1400 pocket springs) and plentiful storage beneath the bed (8 built in drawers) and a large solid walnut wardrobe. The en suite has a spacious enclosed shower.

There is a wonderful balcony accessed from living room, which looks out onto South Acton Park. There is also a private communal garden, lift and a bike storage room.

I'm female, 31 and work in banking. Love playing sport and good food. I'm looking to share with a professional person, male or female and between 25-45. Tend to keep the place pretty clean and tidy so looking for someone who would do the same. Perfect flatmate would be someone I get on really well and have a laugh with, share the occasional glass of wine/dinner with, but at the same time gets on with their own life.

Transport wise, South Acton station (overground to Richmond, Stratford) is 2 minutes away, Acton Town (District, Piccadilly) 10 minutes. Bus 220 stops outside, alternatively it's a 10 minute walk to Acton Green for the handy 94 which takes you to Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus. Also 10 mins walk to the fantastic Bollo pub and 15 minute walk to Chiswick. Fitness wise, Virgin Active in Chiswick Park and the new Acton leisure centre are both 10 mins walk.

Monthly rent is £800 and bills should come to roughly £50 per person per month (electricity, water, broadband and TV license) plus council tax (about £50 per month) and cleaner (£10 per week). The service charge is included in the rent.
