We are looking for a new housemate to fill the second largest room in our five bedroom house!

About the bedroom:

The room is a large double room.
Windows faces East onto the garden so the room is bathed in natural light for much of the day.
Comes with bed, desk and wardrobe and clothing placement included.

**Please note that this room is being offered as single occupancy only - We are not accepting applications from couples at this time**

About the rest of the house:

Edwardian terraced house on a quiet street just off Acton Vale / Uxbridge Road.
Living room on ground floor, directly underneath the advertised bedroom.
Large kitchen, including Freezer, microwave and everything else you would expect.
Laundry Room, including a brand new washing machine and plenty of space to dry clothes.
Back Garden - Great for BBQs in the Summer!
Broadband WiFi installed.

Transport Links:

We have pretty awesome transport options around here...

Buses (both Day and Night) stop at the end of our street - 1 min walk from the front door.

Tube and Rail:
15 minutes walk from East Acton (Central, Zone 2) and Acton Central (Overground, Zone 3).
15 minutes by bus to the following Zone 2 stations: Shepherds Bush Market (H&C, Circle), Shepherds Bush (Central, Overground), Hammersmith (District, Piccadilly, H&C, Circle)

International: 55 mins from Heathrow, 80 mins from Gatwick, 40 mins from St. Pancras (Eurostar).

FYI, Bank Tube Station is 45 mins by Central Line, for those of you who work in the City.

Parking:

If you're a driver and require parking, it's possible to apply to buy an annual Resident's Permit from Ealing Council, which will allow you to park on the street. This is approximately £80 per annum.

Local Amenities:

Tesco Metro is 2 mins walk from the front door and there are five supermarkets on Askew Road, approximately 10 mins walk away.
Westfield London Shopping Centre is 15 mins by bus.
Acton Park is 10 mins walk and Ravenscourt Park is 15 mins walk.
Three gyms are within 15 mins walk.

About the housemates:

There are four of us - from Ireland and Switzerland respectively. We're quite an outgoing, friendly bunch and like to socialise together from time to time.
We respect personal space but you might be better off looking elsewhere if you consider yourself a bit of a hermit!
We all work in various areas of Central and West London
Most of us work between 8am-6pm on weekdays - We would prefer to live with someone who has a similar working schedule to this.
We're tidy but not OCD!
Finally, we would prefer to live with someone who speaks fluent English.
