Short Term Sub-Let Over Xmas - 2 Rooms Available

Myself and my flatmate are both heading home for Christmas and are wanting to sub-let our massive double sized rooms in Acton central.

Room 1 is available from 11th Dec until 6th Jan.
Room 2 is available from 16th Dec until 7th Jan.

The house:
Large living room with virgin media package (TV, wifi and phone line) and netflix.
The whole house is really warm during the colder months.
2 bathrooms, main bathroom is on first floor with shower over bath and toilet (which you would share with 2 others), ground floor bathroom has toilet and small shower.
1 minute walk to Acton High Street for buses to Shepherds bush and hammersmith (both 15mins by bus), 3 minute walk to Acton Central for the Overground and 15 minute walk to Acton Town for the Underground (Piccadilly line). We have a Small sainburys 1 minute walk away and a big Morrisons 3 min walk away. Plenty of take-away shops and bars in the local area.

The current flatmates:
We are all working professionals who are pretty quiet during the week, social on the weekends.

You would ideally be:
Male or female working professional (sorry no couples or students) who are clean, tidy and respectful.
