Big En-suite 2 min from stn

A lovely big ensuite is available in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The house has a lovely living room, kitchen and garden. The house was fully refurbished only 2 years back and has been maintained to a good standard. Hence all the furniture and bathroom is very clean and looks pretty new. There is also lots of storage place with 3 lofts in the house. We also have lots of shelf space in the lounge for books, CDs etc.

Gunnersbury Park is only a 2 minute walk away and so is the Acton Town station which has Piccadilly and District lines. There is parking available on the roads as well.

There is a sainsbury express next door and a bigger morrisons as well as other shops on the acton high street which is a 10 minute walk away and is also accessible by bus.

The E3 and N11 bus stops are right in front of the house.

We have quite a sociable and friendly house. Currently one room is occupied by an Australian Couple (Catherine is a Website Developer and Ross does Financial Planning). The other room is occupied by Cristina, also from Australia, who works at a technology start-up. I am moving abroad for further studies and so will be moving out.

Bills are usually around 70-90 pounds per month per person. The en-suite room is big enough for a couple, rent for a couple would be 30 pounds more (so the total cost for couples including bills would be 900 per month).
