Large Room in Acton Central

We have a large spacious double room for rent minutes from Acton Central.

You will be living with 2 males and 2 females and a Frenchie so you will need to be doggy friendly!

We are all working professionals Monday-Friday and enjoy socialising with eachother (when we are all in) but appreciate having our own space too!

Looking for someone to join our house who is clean, tidy, considerate and friendly!
The right fit for the house is the most important thing.

The house consists of a large lounge, large dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 separate toilets and a bathroom with a shower and bath.

We have good transport links close by, 5 minutes from Acton Central overground and a 15 minute walk from East Acton tube which is on the Central line and Acton Town which is on this District and Piccadilly line.
The bus stop is a 10 minute walk away which goes to Shepherds Bush, Ealing and Brent Cross.

Near to a large Morrisons with some nice pubs all in walking distance.

Rent is £610 per month, including council tax, Sky, Internet and water.
Gas and Electricity is quarterly and usually ends up at around £60 each for the 3 months.
