This is an en-suite double bedroom loft conversion in a 4 bedroom house with three young professionals. Available 8th of December. We are looking for someone that will treat this place as their own home as much as it is ours. We are all very friendly and sociable and would like to live with a like minded person.

The rest of the house boasts: Garden, garage, large living room, large dining room, plentiful storage space throughout, main bathroom, kitchen and is furnished.

We are all professionals and the lady leaving is moving to live with her boyfriend. We have no definite preference on gender only we say female as that has always been the balance of this house. It really just comes down to the the person.

The house itself is on a gorgeous quiet leafy street only 6min walk to Acton tube (Piccadilly and District lines) and is less than 5mins walk to Gunnersbury Park, giving a really nice atmosphere away from the bustle of Central London (only 25mins from Oxford st). Chiswick is only a short walk away as is Gunnesbury station for a range of lovely shops, cafes and bars.

Deposit will be £500 plus first months rent in advance.
Bills are an extra £100 approx per month (this is worst case scenario). This includes, gas, electricity, water, council tax, sky TV and broadband.
