Dbl Room-Warehouse Conversion - Aldgate/Shoreditch

There is one double bedroom available in an amazing loft / warehouse conversion, with exposed brickworks.
The flat has a lot of character, with very nice wooden floors, it's very spacious and ideally located between Tower Hill / Aldgate East / Shadwell stations and a few minutes away from the vibrant Shoreditch / Spitalfields neighbourhoods, Dalston, Hackney and London Fields are also close by.
Room is available from November 1.

THE ROOMS / FLAT:
* spacious double bedroom furnished with bed, wardrobe (might be able to take over additional furniture from current flatmates)
* rent is 820£ per month (including water), other bills (council tax, electricity, cleaner) are about 100£ per month
* shared bathroom with only one other person
* 3 bedrooms in total
* flat is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, big kitchen...
* high ceilings and great wooden floors throughout the flat (no stinky carpets !)

* whole building has been renovated a few years ago

FLATMATES:
You will be flatsharing with me (female, 32, Austrian). I am very easygoing and like to socialize. I have been in the flat for 4 years now - it's a great flat and really good value for the money. My current flatmates are off to new adventures, I decided to stay and look for new flatmates. During the week I am busy with work (tech/ecommerce), going to gigs, sports or meeting friends. On weekends I like to enjoy all the things East London has to offer (again gigs, friends, festivals, markets, exhibitions...). I like to go out and occasionally have some friends over but generally prefer to take the party elsewhere as I value being able to chill at home.

I originally had 2 rooms to fill, 1 is already taken by a Belgian girl (36).

I am looking for flatmates who are respectful of common areas and who enjoy sharing a glass of wine, exploring London together from time to time. I had a great time with my previous flatmates and am looking to keep up the good atmosphere in the flat. Ideally, you are a professional or mature student (above 25) and you must be interested in a long-term flatshare (you would be entering a one-year contract).
Rooms are NOT available for couples or sharers!

THE AREA:
The building is only a few minutes from various supermarkets, off-licences, gyms, cafes, restaurants, markets (Brick Lane, Spitalfields) and of course pubs. It's a 5-10 minutes walk to Aldgate, Aldgate East and Tower Hill tube stations. Overground in Shadwell is about 10 mins away, there are plenty of buses close by, day and night. And Liverpool Street station is 15 mins walk away. You can easily walk from here to Shoreditch or the City. East London is great for cycling and there is a Barclays bike station just 1 minute from the flat. It's about 30 min walk / 15 min cycle to Dalston, Hackney, Broadway market, London fields park or Columbia road market. The area is very safe - I didn't have any issues in the past.
