We have a lovely, bright living room, that we enjoy spending time in; we're all sociable but independent.

We're looking for someone that is easy going, tidy and friendly that can enjoy the odd beer after work or brunch at the weekends.

£730 is roughly the amount pcm including the rent, gas, electricity, broadband and council tax. Water and TV license would be the only additional bills to pay.

There is also cleaner that comes once a month (included in the rent and bills).
