Double room available in Angel

We are looking for a new flatmate to take the remaining room in our spacious 4-bed Georgian townhouse in Angel.

The house is in a prime location being only a 5 minute walk to Angel tube station, Sainsburys, Waitrose and M&S and only a few minutes from both the Virgin & Fitness First gyms on City Rd.

The room is a double and is fully furnished. The rent for the room is £850 per calendar month (excluding bills).

The house has two full bathrooms, a large downstairs living area, kitchen, laundry and a small outside garden and patio area.

The room is available from the 24th June and you must be willing to sign onto a 12-month lease and to submit references.

We are three professional girls Emily, Tamara and Kate and are all pretty laid back but like to keep the house tidy. There will be occasional pub trips, shared wine and house dinners!
