Wonderful flat in Angel

We have a room available in this fantastic property located in the heart of Angel, 5 min from the tube station and shops.

The area is outstanding: quiet street off the main road, nice restaurants, next to the canal, close to Shoreditch, etc.

There is a bright living room with a projector and a big screen, great if you're a cinema lover. The bathroom is fitted with a large shower but also, exceptionally, a jacuzzi.
The flat has its own private garden and patio.

The first room is occupied by my partner and myself. I (Delphine) am a research assistant in psychology. I often work from home so the place needs to remain clean and in order. I play the guitar and I enjoy yoga and meditation. I also love cooking and photography (I'm a vegetarian). My partner Max works in finance. During the weekend we like to go to cool concerts, discover local markets or attend exhibitions.

Your room will be unfurnished, so you get to decorate it according to your tastes.

We are looking for someone who shares our interests and is tidy & serious.
