Flat in amazing Angel location

Hi all,

I have taken over the contract lead on this amazing angel flat with a good friend of mine. And am busy filling the other rooms. One space is now available, and there is the flexibility of it being either a medium or large room. Ideally we would like to fill the room as soon as possible, but this can be negotiated based on your circumstances.

The flat:
The flat is a top floor flat in a sought after London area. A 15min cycle into the city centre and only minutes from busy Upper Street. But still on a quiet residential road near the canal and two or three favorite London pubs. It has four rooms, a bathroom with separate toilet room, and a balcony with a view of the city.

The room:
Medium room is big enough for a double bed, desk and book shelf.
Large room is about 50% bigger with lots of storage. (Photos to come)
Additional costs are 50 to 75 for bills (includes cleaner) and the agent reference fee.

Who we are looking for:
Someone who is comfortable living in a shared flat and is happy to get involved in the odd house session at our local pubs!
We're open to professionals or students, males or females (but would prefer it to be balanced).

Who we are:
My friend and I both do a mixture of lawyering work, study and exploring London.
