Massive double in brand new house in Balham

I'm a 38 year old professional gay male looking to share my home with one other person.

I completely refurbished the house a year ago to a very high standard. The house has a large cosy reception with gas fireplace and a 3m x 3m corner sofa, a snug room, dining room with 8 seater table (and bifold doors leading onto the west facing garden) and kitchen with large island, wine fridge and all the usual white goods. (washer/dryer, dishwasher etc)

The room available is a very large double with tons of storage. You will also have your own shower room.

I have BT infinti wifi, Netflix, Sonos with ceiling speakers in lounge and dining room, underfloor heating in some rooms, as well as a weekly cleaner. (all bills included)

Balham underground (Northern line) and overland are less than 5 mins walk. Waitrose, Sainsburys, Foxlow and various cafes and bars within 2 mins walk.

About me: 38 year old gay male. I work hard, go to the gym regularly, love good food, into design, cars, travel, and the odd night out. (although less so these days!) I am incredibly tidy and house proud. My house is my home and my sanctuary. I often work from home. I would like to share with a similar person that shares my values and standards and want to call somewhere home, and treat the house like their own. Whilst we will have separate lives, it would be nice to be able to hangout sometimes. Mutual respect for each other and our home would be paramount.
