I am looking to fill my double bedroom in this period conversion flat while I go and work overseas for 4 months (longer/shorter period of stay negotiable).

It has just been completely renovated with brand new kitchen and bathroom. The living room is spacious, light and airy - perfect for dinner parties, with double sofa bed for anyone who doesn't make it home! The bedroom is a medium sized double which has 3 french windows so very light and gets the sun throughout the day.

The flatmate (Claire) is 28, works in Media and enjoys the usual London stuff - always with an eye for a good night out in north London.

Location: The flat is located 1 minute from Dalston Junction tube station (6 minutes from here to Shoreditch and a ten minute walk from there to Liverpool Street so 15 minutes total journey time to the city). It is a 5 minute walk from Essex Road and there are buses outside the flat to Liverpool Street, Oxford Cicus etc. It is mile from Highbury and Islington tube (victoria line).
