Large Double Room (Queenstown Road)

I have a very large double room to rent on Queenstown Road (5 minute walk to Queenstown Road station with connections to Waterloo, 10 minute walk to Battersea Park with connections to Victoria or 15 minute walk to Clapham common).

The place has just been refurbished so everything is brand new. There is also a private patio at the back of the living room.

You will be sharing with two great people, one of them is an estate agent (the reason we got such a good deal on the lease) and the other one is a young film director who has just won a number of international awards for his first short films.

They have been great fun to live with and I am rather disappointed I have to move out. However, I was given a new role abroad and so have to find a replacement for the lease.

You will have to pass credit checks and referencing by the estate agents.

The room is available from now, but I am flexible on the move in date.
