Cosy double room in large house

Hey :)

We are two professional females in our twenties looking for a male or female housemate to join our very homely house on Sunday July 19th.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and easygoing. We are both quite busy midweek with our jobs and hobbies but try to make time to socialise together, whether we go out or have a chilled night in in front of the TV. Kate is 28, is Irish and works in media. Chloe is 25, from Lincolnshire and works in fashion.

The room is small but cosy with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and shelves. The house has a very large lounge and kitchen and a good sized garden with patio. We also have two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower.

The location is amazing, just off Wandsworth road, in between Battersea and Clapham. Buses into central London are around the corner, Queenstown Road and Wandsworth Road overground stations are very close and Clapham Common tube is just over a ten minute walk away.

The house is let by an agency who require working tenants. If you are not in a permanent position a guarantor will be required. The rent is a very reasonable £550 per month and bills come to around £75. Additional fees such as for referencing and deposit of £750 will also be required from the agency when signing the lease.
