A lovely light furnished room in 5 bedroom flat with large sunny roof terrace is available to move in on October 27th.
I've loved living in this flat with Canadian, English and French professionals and they are looking for a friendly, clean flatmate mid twenties to mid thirties who likes to have a glass of wine/beer on the couch or the roof terrace at the end of the day every now and then. We all have busy lives so this only happens every now and then, but it’s a great balance they'd like to keep.
The current flatmates work in a variety of fields including estates, science and adult education so we are looking for another professional to join us who is social and has a good life/work/play balance.
The location of the flat is fantastic (Zone 1) with several transportation links:
1 minute walk to Bayswater tube station (District and Circle line)
3 minutes walk to Queensway tube station (Central Line)
10 minutes walk to Paddington and Royal Oak stations (Bakerloo, Hammersmith and City Line)
Within walking distance to Notting Hill and loads of buses as well as Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park being less than a 5 minute walk. Brilliant nightbus connections further into central London. We are also close to a huge variety of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
