I have a brand new flat on the Tower Bridge/Bermondsey Borders.
I have a very large spare room, which is furnished and has huge floor to celing window.
The flat has a private balcony, all mods cons, also a large landscaped roof terrace with an amazing 360 view in London and is great for barbeques and watching the sunset over london on a warm day.
The flat is about 10-15 mins walk from the bars and resturants of Bermondsey Street and Borough Market.
Transport links are excellent 12 minutes in to Bond St on the Jubaliee line. You can walk to bank in 30 mins or take the bus in 15.
About me I am English in My mid 30s female easy going and friendly and work as at a university teaching fashion.
The room is free now. Rent is 920 bills on top about £100. 00 If somebody if away at weekend occasionally I good take a very large chunk off the rent.
